Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://primeairhvacmorenovalley.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Prime Air HVAC reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Prime Air HVAC markets and arranges HVAC Repair, HVAC Installation, HVAC Tune Up, HVAC Cleaning. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Prime Air HVAC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Account Closure. Prime Air HVAC reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Prime Air HVAC makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Limitation. In no event will Prime Air HVAC's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Prime Air HVAC against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under CA law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in CA for any related dispute.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
